Mattel CEO Promises Safe Toys Tested to U.S. Standards

Mattel CEO Robert Eckert, acknowledged mistakes in toy testing, and pledges more stringent standards. Mattel is now working with the Consumer Product Safety Commission, and Toys "R" Us is developing a notification system for recalls.
