A politically charged Berlin film festival opened Thursday with a movie about the Nazis & #039; persecution of Gypsy-jazz great Django Reinhardt and a vow by Hollywood & #039;s Maggie Gyllenhaal that Americans were & quot;ready to resist & quot; Donald Trump.
