NEW YORK (AP) — Albert Maysles, the revolutionary documentary filmmaker who helped pioneer nonfiction movies by turning a keenly observant eye on both the famous and the ordinary in films like & quot;Gimme Shelter & quot; and & quot;Grey Gardens, & quot; has died. He was 88.
