Chile to start evacuating miners Tuesday midnight

COPIAPO, Chile (Reuters) - Rescue workers will start to evacuate Chile's trapped 33 miners at midnight on Tuesday (0300 GMT, Wednesday), and have started testing specially designed escape capsules, Mining Minister Laurence Golborne said on Monday.
