Taliban vow to disrupt Afghan parliamentary poll

KABUL (Reuters) - Afghanistan's Taliban said on Sunday they would attempt to derail elections this month and warned Afghans to boycott the vote, the first explicit threat against the poll by the hardline Islamists.
