Workers strike for higher pay at Omron plant in China

GUANGZHOU, China (Reuters) - Workers at a southern Chinese factory owned by Japanese electronics maker Omron went on strike on Wednesday for higher pay, employees said, the latest such action by workers demanding a bigger piece of the nation's growing economic wealth.
