Kyrgyz forces arrest and torture ethnic Uzbeks: U.N.

GENEVA (Reuters) - Security forces have rounded up ethnic Uzbeks in southern Kyrgyzstan and tortured some, pulling out their fingernails and burning them with cigarettes, the United Nations said Tuesday.
