Russian minister says unaware of tycoon oil theft

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia's industry minister testified in the trial of Mikhail Khordokovsky on Tuesday that buying oil cheaply from a subsidiary was not a crime, which the ex-tycoon's lawyers said would help with their defense.
