Lions Gate loses appeal on poison pill (Reuters)

Reuters - A Canadian appeals court on Friday rejected Lions Gate Entertainment Corp ' s plea to restore the validity of its poison pill hostile-takeover defense, but the Hollywood studio said it will still ask shareholders to approve the plan.
