Spurs' Hill leaves game with sprained ankle

With three minutes left in the second quarter, Spurs guard George Hill twisted his right foot after stepping on Derek Fisher's right foot. Hill went straight to the locker room and was later diagnosed with a sprained right ankle. X-rays came back negative, but Hill will not return to the game, a Spurs spokesman said.
