Report: Heat May Sign Eddie Jones

"The Heat appears to be among a handful of playoff contenders free agent guard Eddie Jones will consider signing with for the remainder of the season," reports Michael Wallace of the MIAMI HERALD. "Jones, a Pompano Beach native and former Heat player, was released by the Memphis Grizzlies today and, under league rules, will be eligible to sign with a new team Friday provided he clears waivers."
