Ten years ago, he was a faceless 12-year-old among the teeming immigrants of color in south London, only beginning to realize the possibilities of man, ball and basket. Sometime in the next few months, he likely will sign a new multiyear contract with the Bulls. He has consistently outpaced the rain. 'I am a 21-year-old who is living his dream,' Deng says.”
