SONICS.com writes, "Sonics General Manager Rick Sund announced today that the team has signed Randy Livingston to a remainder-of-season contract. The 6-4 guard is currently playing with the Idaho Stampede, Seattle's affiliate in the NBA Development League, where he has averaged 12.3 points, 4.7 rebounds, and a league-best 10.6 assists per game in 46 games."
