MOSUL, Iraq (Reuters) - Gunmen rampaged through a Sunni district in the northwestern Iraqi town of Tal Afar overnight, killing about 50 people in apparent reprisal for bombings in a Shi'ite area, Iraqi officials said on We dnesday.
