Suicide bomb kills two civilians in Afghan capital

KABUL (Reuters) - A suicide car bomb killed two Afghan civilians and wounded 23 more in an attack outside a U.S. military base and the German embassy in the Afghan capital Saturday, officials and witnesses said.
