Kennedy files suits agains cabbie, valet

Mississippi coach Andy Kennedy has filed defamation of character and slander lawsuits against the cab driver who said Kennedy punched and directed racial insults at him, and the valet who said he saw a physical altercation between the two, Gary Parrish of CBSSports.com reported Friday.
