THE HAGUE (Reuters) - The U.N. war crimes tribunal for former Yugoslavia hopes wanted Bosnian Serb Ratko Mladic can be caught in time to put him on trial with his old political leader Radovan Karadzic, the chief prosecutor said on Thursday.
