Darfur rebel leader resists peace talk pressure

KHARTOUM (Reuters) - A Darfur rebel leader on Tuesday said he was resisting international pressure to attend peace talks in Qatar and vowed to boycott all negotiations until government militias were disarmed and attacks ended.
