Tour Championship will finally decide winner

After swinging and missing twice, the FedEx Cup points system finally gets it right. In 2009, the season-ending Tour Championship will decide the recipient of the $10 million bonus, which means all players -- big or small -- will have a chance to take the prize, Steve Elling says.
