Study: Antidepressant Use May Cause Male Infertility

Treatment with paroxetine (Paxil), which belongs to the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) class of antidepressant drugs, increases DNA fragmentation in sperm, which may lead to male infertility.
