There was a long weather delay. A penalty when his ball moved on the 10th green after he soled his putter. A double bogey on the 11th. But Ryan Palmer had 'karma' on his side Sunday and won the Ginn sur Mer Classic, and Steve Elling says Palmer has the goods to do much more.
