Romanian Police Chief Fired for Ordering 392 'Suped Up' Cars

Romanian Police Chief Gheorghe Popa signed a contract for 392 Dacia Logans at $78,000 each. The price included $54,000 in additional features, including GPS and video systems. The contract was cancelled and Popa was fired.
