Mavs Tab Westphal as Executive VP of Basketball Operations

The Dallas Mavericks announced Thursday that they have named Paul Westphal executive vice president of basketball operations. He will work directly with President of Basketball Operations/General Manager Donnie Nelson and assist in all areas of management as well as scouting.
