In the DETROIT FREE PRESS, Rochelle Riley reports "saying that it is time for someone "with a clean, fresh outlook" to lead the city, former NBA player Dave Bing confirmed to the Detroit Free Press that he definitely is running for mayor of Detroit. He says that when he makes his formal, public anno uncement in two weeks, he'll be prepared. 'I want,' he said, 'to hit the ground running.'"
