Afghans accept U.S. probe offer on civilian deaths

KABUL (Reuters) - Afghanistan has accepted a U.S. proposal for a tripartite investigation into civilian casualties in a coalition air strike in western Herat province last month, a foreign ministry official said on Wednesday.
