Cash, 28, has been dealing with a herniated disk in her lower back since last season, needing a cortisone shot during the WNBA's Olympic hiatus to relieve the pain. Cash has received a second medical opinion, and she alluded to the possibility she might not be able to play out the season. Her agent recently mentioned surgery as a possibility.
