Russia lawmakers to recognize Georgia rebel regions

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian lawmakers approved on Monday a resolution recognizing the independence of two rebel regions of Georgia, a move likely to worsen relations with the West already strained by Moscow's military intervention there.
