Braves' Glavine has elbow, shoulder surgeries

Atlanta Braves pitcher Tom Glavine is expected to be ready for spring training after undergoing surgery on his injured left elbow. The 42-year-old left-hander also had arthroscopic surgery on his shoulder Thursday.
