Serena Williams and her sister Venus were eliminated in third-round matches Friday at the French Open. Serena lost to Katarina Srebotnik 6-4, 6-4, and was part of the dwindling crowd more than eight hours later when Venus was beaten by Flavia Pennetta 7-5, 6-3.
