Sadr City fighting eases after spike in Iraq deaths

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - A U.S. air strike killed four people in a militia stronghold in eastern Baghdad overnight but police said fighting appeared to ease on Thursday after four days of clashes that have killed around 80 people.
