Chris Silva of the Detroit Free Press writes, "Pistons coach Flip Saunders didn't expect to need Theo Ratliff so soon. Then again, Saunders didn't expect to have starting center Rasheed Wallace sidelined with a sprained left ankle. Ratliff has made a strong impression on the coaching staff.
