KERBALA, Iraq (Reuters) - Snipers and bomb squads were among 40,000 Iraqi police and soldiers deployed around southern Iraq's holy Shi'ite city of Kerbala on Wednesday to watch over millions of pilgrims gathered to observe Arbain.
