Gates faults NATO forces in southern Afghanistan

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Defense Secretary Robert Gates believes NATO forces operating in the Taliban stronghold of southern Afghanistan do not know how to fight a guerrilla insurgency, a newspaper reported on Wednesday.
