Luol Deng's Thursday optimism faded to Friday pessimism as early as the morning shootaround, which he missed as stiffness and soreness returned to his left Achilles' tendon. "I'm tired of this," Deng said before Friday's game as he used an electronic device to treat his tendinitis.
