Spurs guard Manu Ginobili spent most of an hour on the AT&T Center court before Friday's game against the New York Knicks, running through conditioning and shooting drills. He worked on one-on-one moves, including drives to the basket. He looked like a player ready for a game, and early-arriving fans who had witnessed Ginobili's workout must have wondered why he did not suit up against the Knicks.
