Rescuers search debris after Qaeda blast in Algeria

ALGIERS (Reuters) - Rescuers scoured masonry and debris on Wednesday for survivors from a twin bombing in the Algerian capital that killed dozens and showed al Qaeda retains the ability to strike despite recent reversals.
