Arenas 'Ahead of Schedule' and Cleared for Rehab

The WASHINGTON POST's Ivan Carter notes that "(i)njured guard Gilbert Arenas ... put in some time on an exercise bike in the locker room before (Friday's) game. It was the first time Arenas had been cleared for such rehabilitation work and he said doctors have told him that he's 'ahead of schedule.'"
