Steve Carp of THE LAS VEGAS REVIEW JOURNAL writes, "Chinese New Year isn't big only in China. In Las Vegas it's an opportunity to throw a big party. Not as big perhaps as Dec. 31, but plenty big. The NBA All-Star Game and Chinese New Year are falling on the same weekend, so as the Chinese celebrate the Year of the Pig, the NBA will be without one of its top imports."
