It isn't the sprain to James' left index finger that the Cavs are worried about, it's the potential of a resprain — which is why he sat out his third consecutive game Tuesday. According to team sources, he's very likely to sit out tonight's game at the Washington Wizards, and he might even sit out the rest of the week.”
