Webber Looks Rusty, But Fans Still Enthusiastic

In the DETROIT FREE PRESS, Chris Silva writes ?Kevin Riley came prepared for Chris Webber's first game as a Piston, donning the ex-Michigan star's maize-and-blue jersey and wearing Riley's U-M class of 1997 ring, as well. Riley, who sat in the far corner behind the Pistons' bench, said it was certainly different seeing Webber in a Pistons uniform. Fans thought Webber played respectably in his first game since Dec. 27, when he was with the Philadelphia 76ers. But most did admit he was rusty. Webber scored two points on 1-for-5 shooting, added three assists, five rebounds and a blocked shot in 17:02 off the bench.?
