Particularly important is the development of those players assigned to the D-League by NBA franchises, such as 7-foot-1 center Kyrylo Fesenko and 6-foot-9 forward Brandon Wallace, who have been assigned to the Flash by the Utah Jazz and Boston Celtics, respectively."
