In the MILWAUKEE JOURNAL SENTINEL, Charles F. Gardner writes, "The Heat has struggled mightily early this season, and Jackson was asked if he thought O'Neal's skills were deteriorating. 'Somebody else last week was trying to bury Shaq and erect a gravestone over his basketball era,' Jackson said. 'I still think he's going to be effective for us (the NBA) this year.'"
