Amnesty warns ISAF over Afghan torture reports

LONDON (Reuters) - NATO forces in Afghanistan may be breaching their own operating rules by handing detainees to Afghan security services despite reports that they torture their prisoners, rights group Amnesty International said on Tuesday.
