In the ORLANDO SENTINEL, Tim Povtak writes "the Orlando Magic on Tuesday reached an agreement on a contract extension with point guard Jameer Nelson. Nelson, entering his fourth season, would have become a restricted free agent at the end of the season if the Magic had not extended him. Terms of the contract were not known."
