In the LOS ANGELES DAILY NEWS, Rich Hammond writes "Kobe Bryant has been diagnosed with a sprained right wrist and will sit out tonight's exhibition finale against Sacramento in Las Vegas. X-rays taken Thursday were negative and the Lakers hope Bryant will be able to return to practice Saturday, when they begin final preparations for Tuesday's season opener. Coach Phil Jackson said he ‘would anticipate' Bryant being able to play Tuesday against Houston.”
