His right eye swollen shut like a prizefighter, Tony Allen was a reluctant nonparticipant during the Celtics' 101-61 exhibition blowout of the Knicks last night. The Celtics guard, elbowed in the eye by rookie Brandon Wallace during Monday's practice, is suffering from a scratched cornea.
