U.N. deplores crushing of Myanmar protests

UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) - The U.N. Security Council overcame differences and deplored on Thursday the Myanmar government's crushing of pro-democracy demonstrations, in a statement agreed by all its 15 members, including China.
