Sri Lanka fighting kills 19 and wounds 27: military

COLOMBO (Reuters) - Seventeen Tamil Tiger rebels and two soldiers were killed in northern Sri Lanka, the military said on Monday, though the militants brushed off the fighting as "almost routine".
