Report: 'Nova Assistant Pinckney Headed to Wolves

Joe Juliano of the PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER reports, "Villanova assistant coach Ed Pinckney is returning to the NBA ranks as an assistant coach for the Minnesota Timberwolves, two sources confirmed yesterday. Pinckney, 44, was entering his fifth season as an assistant to Jay Wright at Villanova, a school he led to the 1985 NCAA championship. He had developed into a top recruiter and a tutor to the Wildcats' big men."
