Nene Recovering From Calf Injury

In the DENVER POST, Chris Dempsey writes "a collective sigh of relief could probably be heard from the Pepsi Center on Tuesday after the news Nene was walking normally. The Brazilian forward suffered a nasty-looking calf injury Saturday at the FIBA Americas Olympic qualifying tournament. He was wheeled off the court during the first quarter of a semifinal against Argentina. It was later diagnosed as a calf strain, and a somber-looking Nene was wheeled to a team bus. According to Nuggets trainer Jim Gillen, there is still no timetable for when the Nuggets top post player will return to the court."
